We are hiring multiple roles for an exciting new opportunity to the Vernon area! E-Scooters have arrived and we are looking for some great people to come join the operations team as delivery drivers!
This position is available part time or full time, there are openings 7 days a week with 3 shift times per day. There is the possibility of overtime and on call shifts as well depending on work load and volume.

7:00am - 3:00pm
3:00pm - 11:00pm
11:00pm - 7:00am
What you'll do:
- Drive to specified zones and replace batteries on low charge scooters
- Restock helmets on scooters
- Ensuring the quality control is met (and occasionally, basic maintenance) on the scooters
- Ensuring the timely deployment of scooters at designated stations to support the consumer demand
- Ensuring timely pick up of assigned scooters from consolidation areas
- Performing all other ad-hoc & device-related tasks assigned through the central communications platform
- Patrol and move any poorly parked scooters into safe zones
- Redistribution of scooters low demand zones to high demand zones
What you'll need:
- Experience driving vans with a valid drivers license and clean driver record
- Highly capable in local route navigation
- Passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience
- Any mobility/logistics/transportation experience is advantageous
- Be comfortable with lifting up to 26kgs during the work shift
- Be able to use a phone to navigate and update work orders

- Working outdoors under various weather conditions
- Move and lift scooters safely and responsibly throughout the day
- Work safely and responsibly with Battery swapping and charging
- Work safely and responsibly with electrical systems
- Assist with loading and unloading of operational vans
- Train and help other team members
- Comply and practice safe working etiquettes
- Align to health and safety expectations
- Use smartphone Apps to fulfill daily duties
- Capable of riding an electric scooter
