This position is available part time or full time, there are openings 7 days a week with 3 shift times per day. There is the possibility of overtime and on call shifts as well depending on work load and volume.

• Report to Operations Supervisor for the shift and collect scooter and battery packs
• Ride on a scooter to specified zones and replace batteries on designated scooters
• Patrol and move any poorly parked scooters back to the designated parking stations
• Ensuring the timely retrieval and deployment of scooters at designated parkings stations to support consumer demand
• Redistribution of scooters low demand zones to high demand zones
• Ensuring timely pick up of assigned scooters from consolidation areas
• Handle any on-ground customer enquiries on how to use the app/escooter
• Restock helmets on scooters if required
• Ensuring the quality control is met (basic maintenance) on the scooters
• Performing ad hoc tasks of retrieval, troubleshooting, testing and solving scooters that are assigned through the central communications platform
• High-energy individual with a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Capable in route navigation
• Passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience
• Any mobility/logistics/transportation experience is advantageous
• Be comfortable with lifting up to 26kgs during the work shift
• Have a Provisional Driving License and be over 18 years of age
• Be able to use a phone to navigate and update work orders
• Working outdoors under various weather conditions
• Move and lift scooters safely and responsibly throughout the day
• Work safely and responsibly with Battery swapping and charging
• Work safely and responsibly with electrical systems
• Assist with loading and unloading of operational vans
• Searching for scooters
• Train and help other team members
• Comply and practice safe working etiquettes
• Align to health and safety expectations
• Use smartphone Apps to fulfill daily duties
• Capable of riding an electric scooter
