Workers pickup your shift
We'll post your shift on the GigHound worker app and our network of available workers will be able to review your shift's details.
Workers are given things like route planning and checklists to ensure they have everything they need to show up prepared and on time.
Receive your roster of workers
Once we've filled all positions on your shift, we'll email you a roster of workers that are expected to show up so that you know who is coming. If anything changes, we'll let you know immediately.
Workers show up
Our workers will show up for the start of their shift and will be ready to take direction. Based on the details you provided, workers will show up prepared with the appropriate gear. As always, we'll be available to assist with anything that comes up.
Confirm worker hours
Once workers clock out of their shift we'll send you an email to confirm the hours. You'll have the opportunity to approve them or make changes as you see fit. Once hours are confirmed we process your workers pay.
Free to hire at no additional cost
Full-time workers require full-time shifts. Using GigHound's pool of temp workers ensures that you only pay for the resources you need at the time you need them.
You are welcome to offer any of our temporary workers a full-time position without placement or temp-to-perm fees. It's our way to ensure you see us as partners helping you and your business.
